Time and higher dimensions

I wonder if the 4th dimension, time, affects higher dimensions (5 and above) in the same way that it affects lower dimensions. It may be that the higher dimensions are not similarly constrained by time.

If so, than anything that ever existed in the first 4 dimensions (and above), might never cease to exist. They would be seen as having length width height and duration, plus what ever measurements the higher dimensions would employ

Singular Consciousness

The singularity exploded into the big bang. What if it remained intact in at least one dimension or domain. There would be a common edge though which all things that touch the singularity would touch each other. This could be the "one with everything" that all religions seek. If the singularity touches all things then it could be viewed as the seat of all knowledge or the basis for universal consciousness

Multiple dimensions with a common side

Perhaps the big bang did not create matter and energy but instead created a multitude of dimensions, all with a common side. Each quanta of matter/energy would reside in a separate dimension. An increase in the number of dimensions would make the universe appear to expand.

Gravity may be caused by this common side as they pull together. Also trends toward commonality would result. Evolutionary trends may follow similar paths on far flung worlds. However differently timed extinction events may lead to different results. There could be worlds of intelligent dinosaurs because the killer asteroid did not appear on time.
